How much is postage?We have a standard postage cost of £3.95

How quickly will my order arrive?Orders made before 3pm are processed and dispatched within 3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched. Our orders are sent via Royal Mail and once dispatched, should arrive within 3-5 business days. If you require your order sooner than the dates outlined above, please contact us and we can look at the other options that may be available.

Do you offer local delivery or collection?We are based close to Sheffield City Centre. Drop us a message if you'd like to look at a different delivery options if you are local to us.

Do you offer refunds/exchanges?Refund requests must be made within 14 days after receipt of your goods. ​ In instances that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss whether a return or replacement is required, this can be done by emailing our.northern.hound@gmail.com or by contacting us using the contact form on our website. ​ For any returns, you will be required to pack the items and return them via your local post office, with any necessary postage costs being paid by yourself.

My dog has specific requirements, do you have anything that will be suitable for them?We understand that all dogs are different, and also that nobody knows your dog like you do! If you're worried about trying them with anything new, drop us a line via email (our.northern.hound@gmail.com), message us on our social media channels or use the contact us form on the website. We'll ask you a couple of questions to see what we can recommend! We will also advise you to speak to your vet to double check (for example in the instance of specific dietary requirements).
